Do you accept returns?

We accept clean, unworn returns within seven (7) days of receipt with prior communication beforehand. Customer must pay return shipping cost. Please allow 7-14 business days for refunds.
Mystery items are not eligible for return. All Mystery items are sold as-is.

If you would prefer DTG (Direct To Garment) for short run orders (12 or less items), feel free to check out www.tbproducts.com/dtg .

I preordered for an upcoming event, can I pick up at the event?

At this time we will not be offering website sales for pick up at events.

What is the difference between 'Limited Run' items and 'Closeout Fire Sale' items?

Accepted Answer

Closeout Fire Sale is for items we will not get back in stock. Once it is gone, it is gone forever. This will mostly be sample designs, misprints, one of a kinds, and/or old stock.

Limited Run items are a design we produced in bulk and may not produce again. If a design is popular, we will make more based on the gaged interest.
